Italian Cream Cake

A multi-flavored cake that blends just the right ingredients to make a great tasting dessert. Our moist cream cake is topped with a light, airy icing containing just a hint of maple. The sides are studded with sweet coconut and plentiful pecans. Then we decorate each piece with an icing rosette and pecan.
