Shipping / Delivery
All desserts are shipped (two-day air or ground) in the continental United States. To help ensure your satisfaction, our freshly baked gourmet desserts require special handling, packaging and shipping. We take great pride in our preparation and shipping procedures to ensure you enjoy the best experience with Libby’s Gourmet Desserts.
Desserts are shipped frozen in dry ice and styrofoam packaging. While the packaging Is specially designed to maintain the integrity of pie, cake or cheesecake, we highly recommend that you or a representative be present to receive the dessert, especially in the summer months. (Refunds are not issued for desserts that have melted in the sun.)
All orders are shipped the same day as long as we receive it by 3:00 pm eastern time. We ship 2nd day air or ground on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana orders may ship on Thursdays, if deliverable in one day). Most orders received after 3:00 pm on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday unless it is specified with Overnight or Saturday delivery. NOTE: There will be an additional $15.00 charged to your credit card for an incorrect addres.
