WS Double Apple Caramel Crunch Cake

Flat on the bottom, this is an easy-to-plate, (won't tip over) cake version of our Deep Dish Granny Apple Pie. We start with a semi-firm crust, top it with two kinds of apples in a sour cream filling, and then top the whole creation with cinnamon streusel and caramel.
